So now that you know what the Carnival of HR is all about, I bet you want to get involved! I don’t blame you. There are several ways you can participate, and all of them are guaranteed fun!

Submit a post on HR/Recruiting/Business/Management issues
Here are the rules for submitting a post:

1. Please submit a recent (within 4 weeks) post of your own for consideration to the current host. (note: contact us to get on the monthly mailing list to receive notifications of who/how/what and related due dates!)
2. Posts are usually due a few days before the carnival publishing date.
3. Once the Carnival goes live please help promote it via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, your blog, and any other assorted channels.

Host a Carnival
Hosting the Carnival can be a bit of work but it’s also a great way to help promote your blog. Hosting spots are limited and book out months in advance, but there’s always a possibility that a “special” carnival may pop up outside of the regular schedule. Not sure what all this “hosting” stuff entails? Check out this handy Carnival of HR Hosting Guidelines document. Please send a note to get involved and/or get on the monthly mailing list.

Read and join the discussion
You don’t have to be a blogger to be involved in the carnival. Every month a new carnival goes live and is full of information that is guaranteed to help you become a better HR professional. Follow the carnival, read the posts, and join the discussions. You can also stay on top of all the current Carnival of HR news by joining our email reminder list below, following us on Twitter, checking out our Facebook fan page, or joining our Linkedin Group.
