So now that you know what the Carnival of HR is all about, I bet you want to get involved! I don’t blame you. There are several ways you can participate, and all of them are guaranteed fun!
Submit a post on HR/Recruiting/Business/Management issues
Here are the rules for submitting a post:
1. Please submit a recent (within 4 weeks) post of your own for consideration to the current host. (note: contact us to get on the monthly mailing list to receive notifications of who/how/what and related due dates!)
2. Posts are usually due a few days before the carnival publishing date.
3. Once the Carnival goes live please help promote it via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, your blog, and any other assorted channels.
Host a Carnival
Hosting the Carnival can be a bit of work but it’s also a great way to help promote your blog. Hosting spots are limited and book out months in advance, but there’s always a possibility that a “special” carnival may pop up outside of the regular schedule.
