The Sharing & Compliance Carnivals of HR

Hey there Carnival fans! I have two brand spanking new Carnivals to tell you about today and the couldn’t be more different. Both are full of awesome content from some of the best bloggers in the space, don’t get me wrong, but that’s were the similarity ends. First up, The Carnival of HR stopped by to visit Dwane Lay at The Dovetail Software Blog where all the contributors were about sharing the love. Not only did they send in a great blog post of their own, they then linked to another awesome blog that they felt you needed to know about. Sharing, Love, and great HR content; How could you not go check it out here!

Next up and fresh out the gate, the latest Carnival of HR got serious. Hosted by Emily Sweillam over at the The I-9 and E-Verify Blog, this Carnival was about something that can really mess up an HR Pro’s day if it goes wrong, Compliance. It’s a mad, mad world out there of laws, regulations, and land mines. What is and isn’t ok to ask, what documentation do you need, how liable are you if you get something wrong; it’s enough to make you run for the hills. But don’t worry, Emily and the great group of contributors have your back, so be sure you head over and check it out here!

The next Carnival of HR is coming your way on April 24th, stay tuned for more details!
