Last Carnival of HR in 2012

Hey there Carnival of HR fans! I hope you had a great holiday and are getting ready for the start of a new year. But before we get to all that, we have the final Carnival of HR, full of amazing posts that truly represent the best of the HR blogging community. Hosted by Gautam Ghosh at his Talent and Social Business Blog, Gautam did a great job rounding out a year of some pretty impressive Carnivals. So before we bid 2012 goodbye, be sure to check it out here!

Can you believe that next week it’s already 2013? WOW. But don’t you worry, I have some awesome Carnival of HR hosts lined up to help make sure that 2013 is better than 2012. Even better, we are starting off 2013 with longtime friend and frequent Carnival Host, Jon Ingham at his Strategic HCM Blog! Jon is going to start the new year off in a special way and is looking for posts that are either your favorite post of 2012, your review of 2012, or your predictions for 2013. Since the Carnival is first thing on January 2nd, we are asking that you do your best to get your posts to jon dot ingham at strategic dash hcm dot com by this Friday, December 28th! You know, just in case Jon has an extra fun New Year’s holiday. Stay safe out there people, have a great new years, and get your post in before all the fun!

Coming up next on December 19th the next Carnival of HR is heading over to the Talent and Social Business Blog and is hosted by Gautam Ghosh!
